Initially matured in American white oak, this limited edition 2015 release is transferred into first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. Hand-selected from the famous Gonzalez Byass bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, our whisky spends a decade in these exceptional casks for an outstanding finish.
Aroma: Ginger cake, orange fondant, caramelised pear and brandy snaps
Palate: Fresh ground coffee, chocolate ganache and cinnamon apple
Finish: Oxford marmalade, macerate cherries and soft liquorice
