£77.42

Description

Moscato d’Asti is a famous sweet wine from Piemonte, a region in Northern Italy. Cultivated for hundreds of years in the Asti area, Moscato bianco is considered one of the oldest grapes grown in that area, known from the Roman age.
Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is sweet and seductive, vibrant and sharp, refreshing and effervescent. Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine perlage, intense orange blossom, peach and thyme Served cold with its delicate and persistent bubbles, it is like a refreshing shower in summer.
Best to be enjoyed with: Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with any desserts and it’s a real feast with Pandoro or Panettone, the Italian Christmas cake.
Libiamo Wines believes that the best way of drinking fine wines is with friends, sharing a joyous and sociable experience. “Libiamo” is an expression meaning “We shall drink!”, used in the famous opera Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi. All wines are rare and hard-to-find, as the producing wineries are small “wine boutiques” trying to preserve indigenous grapes and the true quality of wine over the years.
