Moscato d’Asti is a sweet wine from Piemonte, a region in Northern Italy. The juice from different tanks is first blended and then transferred to autoclaves used to start fermentation which is activated by raising the temperature and allowing the natural yeasts to begin the transformation of sugar into alcohol.
Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is sweet and seductive, vibrant and sharp, refreshing and effervescent. Served cold with its delicate and persistent bubbles, it is like a refreshing shower in summer.
Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with any desserts and it’s a real feast with Pandoro or Panettone, the Italian Christmas cake.
Libiamo Wines believes that the best way of drinking fine wines is with friends, sharing a joyous and sociable experience. “Libiamo” is an expression meaning “We shall drink!”, used in the famous opera Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi. All wines are rare and hard-to-find, as the producing wineries are small “wine boutiques” trying to preserve indigenous grapes and the true quality of wine over the years.
